We are a month to month service and you can cancel anytime no questions asked.

ARR serves the greater Phoenix area. Scottsdale is the only city in Arizona currently enforcing the emergency contact law. We anticipate that more cities will follow shortly.

ARR only goes out to a property if police or fire request us. In the event you need help, please call the police.

Please see Hosting Particulars for the easiest way to update us automatically on who is in your rental in real time. If that does not work, please email us at arizonarentalresponse@gmail.com so we can tell you about other ways to update us on tenant changes manually.

If your property does not already have an emergency contact on file with the city, please register on the cities' website. When asked who the emergency contact is for your short term rental you would put Arizona Rental Response, our phone number (602) 851-8874, and email arizonarentalresponse@gmail.com.

We have a team of staff who are on call around the valley who will respond when requested. ARR is a family owned and operated company.

No matter if we are contacted by telephone or requested to come in person to your property you will be supplied with a short and concise report via email of what police and/or fire provided to us in a reasonable amount of time.
