Arizona Rental Response is a private company created and operated by a first responder. ARR is a solution for short and midterm property managers in the state of Arizona regards to the new law HB -2672. This law requires short-term rentals to have an emergency contact on file that can respond to any property during the emergency when requested by local law enforcement or emergency services. The town will fine the emergency contact $200+ for not being at the property within a hour of the call to city code 18-150. 

That's where we step in! We assume that risk for you! Once hired, our team is the emergency contact on file for all your properties. We are there to receive any calls from police 24/7. In the event of local police needing an in-person emergency representative, our team will send staff to the property within the hour, so you don't get fined. 

Arizona rental response is also available to be a concierge to you and your neighbors! We offer the service of being on call to the homes' surrounding neighbors, in hopes that if there is an issue at a property, we may even be able to intercept before police are called! Our goal is to diminish and defuse any situation before the cops are needed, in return lowering the amount of tedious calls you receive of complaints. That way, you can focus on managing the property while we focus on putting out the fires before they start.
